Hello eBayers, I signed up with the form that was sent in my email. I am a Philippine residence and currently doing eBay here in Thailand. I've been thinking of doing eBay in Manila since last year and i am scheduled to come there sometime soon. Is there anybody who knows how much is the fee for this seminar? or is there any? Thank you. When do we get details on the visit to explain eBay? During the discussion, one thing I would like to ask is what we can do to run after a vendor who does not mail the correct amount ordered, then ignores e-mails asking for the rest of the order.

By the way, kindly make sure you've allowed eBay to send you promotional information. Go to www.ebay.com, login as you normally do, then go to MY EBAY (top), then PREFERENCES (left), then look for NOTIFICATION PREFERENCES section, then select Newsletters, Promotions and Event Notifications. i am also concerned that a number of ebayers who actively trade (whether buying or selling) on eBay.ph are NOT registered on ebay.ph but are registered on dotcom or some other foreign site because ebay.ph wasn't there 2 years ago. do they (such as myself) get invites?

why not just make it simple for everyone to just post the registration link on the home page (just like eBay Live is done) and then those who are REALLY interested sign up, THEN they send the official invite/to re-confirm attendance? i'm just concerned because they did the SAME thing last year.. of course, a lot of people who got the invites said YES, but they didn't show up during the actual seminar. Sayang na sayang yung seats when we knew they were a lot of people who REALLY wanted to go, but couldn't get in anymore. just my thoughts...

You have a point there Beng. My ID is registered on eBay.com and my girlfriend's ID is registered here at eBay PH, and she got the invite and I didn't. Or it could also be that I didn't susbscribed to receive email notification for upcoming events.
