Hi, I placed the order last 03-Apr-08 and according to the seller, the item was sent on that same day after confirming my payment. It's already the 20th of the month and still no item is received. Does it usually take this long? Also, do you know if the item will be sent directly to the address that I provided or will I have to pick it up from a post office? If from a post office, do you know where would it be?
Hi, Usually if it is send via post office, the Philpost will just send you a note to claim you package at the post office. The address of the post office where to claim your package is also stated in the notice. When you claim your package, a post office representative will open and check your package to see if it is legal item, taxable, and allowed to enter in the Philippines. Upon claiming the package, there is a fee about Php 35.00(in Cebu).

But does it usually take this long because Royal Mail Airmail claims on their site that for EU contries it will only take 3 days and then for the rest of the world, it will take only 5 days. And the seller also said it should be here 5-7 business days. Anyways, I guess this left me no choice but to wait. Hehehe
I had the same confusion about this before. I know all the shipping companies have a certain delivery time. From an article I saw at http://www.rihey.cc/shipping.html although they say delivery orders in about 6~12 days, I always receive my orders in 7 days average via EMS.

Most of the international package matagal talaga lalo na kung yung pinili mo is hindi yung express or priority. Minsan naman may case na kahit express na at priority tumatagal parin dahil sa postoffice natin.
If you will check sa tracking code andito na. Asahan muna mabagal yan dahil sa custom natin at postoffice ntin.
Wait kapa ng mga 2 weeks after 1 month kasi yan ang pinaka matagal kong package internationaly na dumating but bihira lang na umabot ng 1month and 2 weeks kadalasan 1 month maximum.

Hi, Royal Mail (Airmail) is just like USPS First Class International where you pick it up at your local PO.
Was the package delivered to my doorstep? It depends. I had a package (50 pcs nylon washers) and it was delivered to my doorstep without any charges. I think they thought it was a regular letter or something plus it's a low-value item.
I had another item that was picked up at my local PO. I paid for the storage fee only (this was a make up) and that time, it was only 35 pesos. Now it's 40 pesos for storage fee.
I purchased a book from a seller, item coming from UK. They used royal air mail, but i never received the book. it was sent last august 13, 2010. up until today, the post office can't even tell me where it is. i don't know if it's just them, or they really don't have the book with them.
If you still haven't received your item, inform your seller then file an PayPal dispute, because you only have 45 days to do so from the day the auction ended. Otherwise, you won't be able to get your money back.
Hello everyone! I also ordered an eyeglass from ebay, actually galing pang Korea. According to the seller, this day (Oct. 22, 2010) daw nila isesend yung package and then sabi pa 3 weeks daw bago makakrating dito sa Pinas. Why sobrang tagal? 1 month na un ah. Have you already checked with your local post office? If yes, inform your seller that item still hasn't arrived. Then you need to file an item not received dispute to get your money back. Just go to the Resolution Center:

I only received the package sent thru Royal Mail on Aug 16, 2011 and it was posted on June 2o, 2011. Unfortunately package from abroad does arrived very late. One month to months.
My items usually arrive in the Philippines around 5-7 days lang...then I get the details from CMEC because if I wait for the notice card from the local post office, it would take another a week or 2 for me to receive it.

I ordered ChLoe sunglasses off ebay. The seller posted it on July 20, 2012. I haven't received it up to now and it's already November. I always track it and it says it has been passed to the postal service in the Philippines. what should i do? Please help. I can't file a dispute as it is over a month already. geez. I feel bad.
