yes they take them out of the box and repack it. un sabi ko. i specifically instructed them to put extra pack for items like cosmetics, bath items, etc.

We just follow the laws of the land. It's always better to do that than getting fined or getting blacklisted by the host goverments. It's also good for the client because they know upfront their cost instead of getting suprises for those hidden charges/penalties.

problem with manila forwarder lang talaga ang tagal nila mag consolidate, mine is taking 2 weeks and still counting... matagal natutulog ang pera just because of the consolidation.
I have no problem with Manila Forwarders naman. I availed of their consolidation services. It took them 1 day to consolidate my purchases. They shipped my box on Jan 22 and I already got it yesterday, Feb 17.

from the time na nagrequest ako na irepack up to the day na natapos irepack ang box ko, it took 2 weeks.

Dapat ang manila forwarder wag na kumuha ng bagong customers kung di nila maserve ng mabuti ang old customers nila. ilagay nila ang sarili nila sa situation namin...ang tagal tagal mag antay. sayang ang kita.

About sa consolidation po, pwede naman pong i ship namin agad ang mga items nyo pag dating sa Los Angeles warehouse namin. We have at least twice a week ocean shipment and one air cargo shipment. Kung ano pong instructions nyo sa amin ay iyun pong ginagawa namin.
May mga clients na naghihinayang sa space sa balikbayan box kaya nag papaintay pa bago ipaship. May mga items din po kayong inoorder na hindi pa dumadating sa Los Angeles office namin kaya nag papaintay pa po ang iba.

not true pinoydom, lots of times na akong nag antay ng matagal. lahat ng items ko andun na sa warehouse nyo, pero yun kausap ko pinaantay ako ng pinaantay, kasi marami raw nakapila. ayoko lang talaga magreklamo kasi ayoko ng gulo at for sure sasama ang loob ng kausap ko.
