I have communication with the seller but she can't provide a tracking number. She said she's also asking help to her PO to trace my item. But of course I'm still worried. What must I do?
And another question the item I ordered is a Bluetooth speaker worth £29.98 GBP. Will I be charge a custom tax or other charges?
Hello, I ahev boyght a lot from Germany and UK already. Sometimes it takes 2 months to arrive here in the Phils. yes you will be charge with taxes... what you will do is talk to the custom commissioner for a lower tax.
Hello, I am not telling you not to file an Item Not Received, but what i advice you to do is to ask the seller the tracking number, after that you can check your item online. I think you item was sent through USPS.(If he can't provide you the tracking number as what you've said better file an ITEM NOT RECEIVED). Sometimes my items was delayed but sometime my packages arrive only after a week or two. File it now and you will be refunded by paypal (You paid through Paypal?)

Hello arseneth, there should be a tracking number... always. Here in the Philippines nga meron na tayo pag registered mail. I think UK also uses USPS. File an ITEM NOT RECEIVED now and you will be directed to paypal and you will be refunded. At least you still have time. If the item arrived after you have been refunded, you can still repay the seller and nobody end up loser. Also with you chichabit, do the same.
The seller keeps on communicating with me anyway. Can I just tell him to give me refund anytime I want to? Because I really want the item. I'm still willing to wait.. I'm just a little worried though
I have filed INR in Paypal on the 44th day and the seller refunded my payment at once. I have told him in case I receive the item I'll pay him back. But for now i haven't receive it yet. What do u think? Is it still on the way or it has already been returned back to the seller?
they call their mail service Royal Mail International. but like in any country's post office, they have different types of posting.

i doubt your item will be returned to sender if it comes because it cant be done. its either you receive it, its lost, or your seller didnt send it. im guessing the last since he refunded immediately..
but if ever you receive a claim card to claim your package, i advise you to come in early, as in pagkabukas ng post office. hehe, thats what i do here in manda, the clerk would just give me my package kc wla pa ung customs inspector. =) or tell him its your first time to receive electronics and you have no idea that there will be taxes..

sometimes the problem is our local P.O. baka nagustuhan nila yung item kaya di na nag send ng claim card. my husband is from U.K. he said depends on what courier. but they uses royal mail there like what gumam3la said. and he said about 2-3 weeks before it arrives here.so maybe hindi nga na send kc nag refund na.
yes definitely mayrun tax usually 25% sa total declared value ng nabili mong item. pag high end products for sure malaki babayaran lalo pag strict ang custom officer in charge sa post office nyo. Pero sa lahat ng transaction nkukuha naman sa "mabuting usapan" u know what i mean....
re: ARSENETH? check the feedbacks of the seller... pag ala kang narecieve "FilE A dispute" for sure you gona win the case especially pag ang seller does not provide any or or tracking number...PAYPAL conduct an investigation in a fairly manner... so nothing to worry na matatalo... dont waste your money please.

babydezrey isa pang problem ko is hindi ko alam saan ang post office ng area ko. Paano ko ba malalaman? May nakikita ako sa roxas district sa may roces (quezon city zip code 1103) na post office pero nde ko alam kung sakop nya area namin. When you order from the UK, is the procedure the same as ordering from US, meaning you will pickup your items in the Central Post Office and pay only 35 pesos no matter what item you ordered? I have this experience ordering from a US online store, not from eBay, I picked it up near the airport and the customs charged me a lot of money for my items. It was terrible and the airport is far from my place. I'm really confused about the ordering online that's why I always order via USPS and not from any other courier. So far my eBay purchases have all arrived. Some orders, they deliver it straight to my door, sometimes I have to get it at the post office, which is quite confusing.
