I bought from this seller a bag yesterday w/c i also paid the same day. i texted her the details of payment thru gcash and said she'll text me when she shipped it out thru jrs, so i said, "okay, pls give me the airbill" , then after 6 hrs and still no text from her, i texted her what's the airbill and if it's been shipped out already, seller gave me the "stamp code" instead and said it's been shipped out yesterday so i should expect it to arrive today, wednesday. (she's from cagayan de oro, i'm from las pinas) anyway, i didn't bothered to question how fast would that be, so i said i'll just inform her if i got the item already......and then earlier, i decided to call jrs and ask the status of my item if it's for delivery already, but sadly, they can't track it since it's only a stamp code, so i texted the seller for the airbill. she replied but said she'll get back to me when she's at home already (that was between 9-11am. then at around 4pm, i am still waiting for the package coz as she said expect it to be delivered today... i text her to remind about the airbill, then she replied and gave me this number. so to my excitement, i called jrs again and ask for the status bec. it's already 4 in the afternoon. to my surprise, the employee said he couldn't track it. so i was truly horrified and worried already, i checked it on the online tracking on their website. when i inputed the airbill and the stamp code she gave me, i was really surprised to see that it's already been delivered last Jan. 2oth!!! so i texted the seller quickly about it that she gave me an already used airbill. she said she'll check. then texted me again to say that her husband sent the wrong item to baguio??!!! and that she'll just sent my item tomorrow!...this has been the first time that i've ever experienced this.... i am a newbie, but i already have 6 purchases w/c went successfully. geessshhh, now all i can do is to wait for tomorrow for the airbill number so i could track it. i didn't have doubts to buy from her coz she has a 100% feedback.. i even texted one of her buyer to ask if she's a good seller, well, according to the buyer i texted, there's no problem when she dealt w/her, just the slow handling time but aside from that, none at all......i don't know what to do now.. money nowadays isn't easy to find. all i can do is to pray that she's really not a scammer..... (
relax, it's too early to conclude that you have been scammed since you just purchased the item yesterday.
i can see that your seller is a legitimate one though she has a very, very low seller rating (in danger of being suspended) and you should have been aware of that before proceeding to buy. so expect long delays or alternate item as you can see in some of the comments.
yeah.. i think so too. i just contacted some who already bought from her and this is also what happened to them. same reason and alibi are given, promised to replace the item that they already paid but until now, it's not yet delivered to them but they gave her positive feedback already???. i paid her through gcash and 1.5k isn't just a money nowadays... it's also hard earned money. :'( i don;t know what to do anymore...
