I bought a harajuku bag from a seller here in ebay, before purchasing i ask her if this is a replica or auth bag coz she selling it like a fraction of the original price, she insisted that what she is selling are authentic bags, but when i receive the item i saw the item is a replica (poor stitching etc. etc.) so i contacted her and demanded a refund, after negotiating with her for like some 20 txts or so.. she agreed on refunding the money after i shipped the bag back to her, which i did. anywayz to cut the story short. I got my refund minus of cors a few hundreds from the shipping of the bag back and forth. I was scared to leave her a negative feedback as i dont want to have any negative feedback with mine ( am likewise a seller, its just soo easy to click one of my item and leave a negative feedback for revenge so i didnt leave negative feedback for her. the problem now is this, after browsing again ebay for some designer bags, i saw her post for a burberry bag at 18k ( authentic of the same design run around 30k+ ) !!! so as expected some poor soul bought it and has file a negative feedback for being scammed. The Seller is enjoying a powerseller status, what can i do to have stop this seller from scamming people?

She can't leave a negative feedback to you since there's only 1 option to sellers which is positive feedback and a comment. For short, You have the right to say negative things to her because you are the costumer. Costumers are always right. Kung ako sayo, leave a bad feedback para hindi nya maloko ung ibang tao. What she is currently doing is absolutely against the law.

i have the same problem as well. yun nga lang the seller has not returned my money until now. at first she said she will return it but until now i haven't received my money. she wont answer my texts anymore. i filed a case and waiting for her reply. is there anything else that i can do?
